The counsel therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition in the appropriate forum.

The petition dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty sought. Notwithstanding the dismissal of the petition, the counsel undertakes on behalf of the Advocates on record that they shall remove all office objections and have the petition numbered within one week from today.
