This Notice of Motion has been taken out for

Rane 2/2 NMA-534-2018 (SR.4) Friday, 3.8.2018 recall of the order dated 22nd June, 2018 dismissing the Appeal for non-prosecution.

We have perused the Affidavit-in-support of the Notice of Motion dated 9th July, 2018. The reasons given therein for absence when the appeal was called out was that in view of the change in the Advocate and filing of the new Vakalatnama remained on the part of the newly appointed Advocate. Therefore, the Appeal when listed on board on 22nd June, 2008 missed attention. We are satisfied with the above reason for absence.
