The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners Shri Bhavesh Parmar after arguing for some time, and considering the nature of the reliefs sought, seeks leave to withdraw the above Petition to file an appropriate proceeding before the High Power Committee for redressal of the grievances of the Petitioners. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to state that if any proceeding is filed before the High Power Committee, the same would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with law.
