In the circumstances, the order dated 25.9.2017 is confirmed as order in the petition and petition is disposed. Mr.Parkar states that they have already sent a communication invoking arbitration by e-mail dated 7.9.2017 to which respondents have replied by letter dated 12.10.2017.
