Mr. Kedia, counsel for petitioning creditor states that all claims of petitioning creditor has been paid off by judgment debtors and seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
Petition is yet to be adjudicated. Therefore, petition disposed as withdrawn. The advertising of withdrawal of the petition dispensed with. Judgment debtors are directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- as cost to the office of Insolvency Registrar to be used by Insolvency Registrar for office general expenses/stationery charges. This amount to be paid within one week from today.
This order will come into effect only upon judgment debtors paying this cost of Rs.50,000/-. If this amount is not paid, the petition be listed for directions on the next date of insolvency matters, i.e., 3rd July 2018.
