The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties herein have entered into an agreement of settlement dated 28.6.2017. He tendered Minutes of the Order dated 28.6.2017 duly signed by the petitioner and the respondent. The same are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The said Minutes of the order are annexed with the said settlement agreement dated 20.6.2017. The petition is disposed of in terms of the Minutes of the order dated 28.6.2017. The undertakings given in the Minutes of the Order and the settlement agreement are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.
