The chamber summons is taken out to amend the petition in terms of schedule annexed thereto. The amendment is necessitated in view of subsequent events. We, therefore, allow this chamber summons in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) and is disposed of as such. 3.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today and thereafter amended copy be served upon all concerned within further one week.
