The petition has been filed under a Vakalatnama of

suresh 913-WPG-1940.2013.doc Advocate. The Vakalatnama was in favour of Vinay M. Bhate, Advocate. Now it is stated that one Prashant P. More is prosecuting this petition. The name of Prashant P. More has neither been shown as an authorised signatory or a Power of Attorney holder. This is a Co-operative Housing Society which has filed the writ petition and though it is pending in this Court for a considerable period of time, and particularly from 31-5-2013, we have not been noticing the presence of the petitioners and their Advocate. In the circumstances, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.

In view of dismissal of the petition, Chamber Summons No.151 of 2013 does not survive and it accordingly stands disposed of.
