The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellants submits that the Appellants have taken away the papers and he has no longer appearing on behalf of the Appellants. He has submitted that he has not received any instructions from the Appellants. 2.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the Respondents submits that the appeal, in fact, has become infructuous since the decree has been fully executed and the possession of the flat has already been delivered. In view of this, appeal is disposed of since it has become infructuous.
