Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

By an order dated 10th February, 2021, the plaintiff was granted a week's time to make statement as to whether there is due compliance of the Consent Terms, which were fled and accepted on 2nd November, 2018, and the suits were directed to be adjourned only for reporting compliance.

The learned Counsel for the defendant had made a statement that the Consent Terms were duly complied with and V. S.

Parekar a communication was addressed by the Director of the defendant reporting compliance, dated 8th February, 2021. by V. S. Parekar Date: 2021.02.18 11:21:50 +0530 Thereupon, the plaintiff was directed to make the statement. 1/2

Mr. Singh, the learned Counsel for the plaintiff, on instructions of Mr. Maruti Shankar Bidaye, Manager of plaintiff no.1 - Ahaluwalia Contracts India Ltd., submits that the Consent Terms have been duly complied with.

Suit No.50 of 2014, Suit No.51 of 2014 and Suit No.61 of 2013, thus, stand decreed in accordance with the Consent Terms; 'Exhibit-X', Exhibit-X1' and 'Exhibit-X2' respectively. 6.

The statements and undertakings contained therein are accepted.

As the compliance of the Consent Terms is reported by the parties, the decree be marked as satisfed.

8.

Suit No.50 of 2014, Suit No.51 of 2014 and Suit No.61 of 2013, stand disposed of.

9.
