The records and proceedings in the present matter is not available today. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant tendered a copy of the Chamber Summons and other relevant papers to that effect and the Court proceeded to pass the order on that basis.

The present Chamber Summons has been filed seeking a post grant amendment to a Schedule of Testamentary Petition No.1140 of 2007. Mugdha

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant points out that in respect of the immovable property mentioned in Item No.8 in the Schedule, the words "bearing CTS No.1089 admeasuring 1079.43 sq. mts" are required to be added. She points out that this fact was only known to the Applicant when the Applicant went to seek a transfer of the said property in the Applicant's name. It is thus that the amendment is sought for. 4.
I have heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant and perused the Chamber Summons. I find that the Chamber Summons is in order and deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. There is no impediment in granting the prayer as sought for by the Applicant in the present Chamber Summons. Therefore, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A), which reads as under :- "(A) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioners to amend the Probate in terms of Schedule annexed hereto;" 5.
