This Notice of Motion has been taken out by the Applicant to direct the Respondent to implement the order dated 18th October, 2016 passed by the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Jitendra Shankar Nijasure by Jitendra Shankar Nijasure Date: 2018.09.29 13:32:03 +0530 Tribunal (Tribunal). The order dated 18th October, 2016 passed by the Tribunal is subject matter of challenge in the pending appeal before this Court by the Respondent herein.

Ms. Gujar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent herein on instructions states that the order of the Tribunal dated 18th October, 2016, which is a subject matter of a 1/2
