1] A perusal of the pleadings in the Writ Petition would show that against an order dated 25th February 2019 passed by learned DRT, Ahmedabad in S. A. No.41 of 2016 the Petitioner preferred an Appeal before the learned DRAT, Mumbai which was registered as Appeal (L) No.640 of 2019. The Petitioner filed a praecipe seeking early hearing of Appeal (L) No.640 of 2019 before the Presiding Officer of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai which was orally declined.

2] The prayer in the Writ Petition is to issue a direction to learned Presiding Officer of DRAT, Mumbai to expeditiously take up for hearing Appeal (L) No.640 of 2019. The said Appeal was filed in the Registry of DRAT in June 2019.

3] We dispose of the Writ Petition directing learned DRAT, Mumbai to take up for preliminary hearing Appeal (L) No.640 of 2019 by fixing a date which would be within a week of receipt of the authenticated copy of the present order.
