This Chamber Summons seeks an order for discharge of Court Receiver and permission to sell the suit equipment by a private treaty. It is taken out in a disposed of arbitration petition, filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs the court that during the pendency of the present chamber summons, the account as between the Petitioner and the Respondents has been mutually settled and in the premises, she simply prays for discharge of the court receiver. Accordingly, the court receiver appointed on 10 March 2015 in the arbitration petition to stand discharged without passing of accounts on payment of costs, charges and expenses by the Petitioner.
