Shri Lad, counsel appearing for defendant no. 36 and Shri Mishra counsel appearing for defendant no. 37, who are the main contesting defendants, state that they have no objection if the chamber summons is allowed. In view thereof, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and accordingly disposed of.

The amendment to be carried out and amended copy of the plaint to be served within two weeks from today.
