The only grievance of the Petitioner is that his application dated 26th June, 2017 (Exhibit "C") submitted before the first Respondent is still pending.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this Petition by directing the first Respondent to consider the Petitioner's application (Exhibit "C") if the same is not decided, in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
