This Appeal is filed by the Revenue to challenge the Judgment passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. 2.

It is undisputed position that two questions raised by the Revenue have been considered earlier by this Court in Income Tax Appeal Nos.1769/16, 1773/16 as well as 1614/16.
