This petition was reserved for orders. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that so far as one particular aspect of the matter is concerned, namely, the award of loss of profits, the parties agree to loss of profit computed at the rate of 6% along with applicable taxes and, as for the rest of the award, the parties leave it to the Court for passing of orders without giving reasons for such order.
