Accordingly, the application has been placed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master under Rule 329 of the Bombay High Court Original Side Rules before the Court, for dismissal, for want of prosecution. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant/claimant however seeks time to take appropriate steps within two weeks from today. 3.

In the event appropriate steps are not taken within two weeks, application shall stands disposed of with liberty to file a fresh application as an when necessary and as may be permissible in law If appropriate steps are taken, office to list the application as per C.M.I.S. date.
