Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent - Corporation. In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support, a case for restoration of this Petition is made out. Accordingly, we pass the following order :-

ORDER

(i) Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (c) subject to condition of the applicant removing all office objections in the Writ Petition within a period of four weeks from today. If office objections are not removed within stipulated time, the impugned order of the Prothonotary and Senior Master shall continue to operate;

(ii) If office objections are removed within stipulated time, the Petition shall be listed on admission cause list on the date fixed as per CMIS.
