Review is sought of the judgment dated 3rd May 2018. A special leave petition filed by the review petitioners against the said judgment has been dismissed by the Apex Court on 2nd July 2018. 3.

After having heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the review petitioners, we find that there no error apparent on the face of record and, even otherwise, there is no ground for review. 4.

The substantive prayer made in the review petition is prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for the records and proceedings of the said Writ Petition No.567 of 2014 and after reviewing the Judgment dated 3.5.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court, be pleased to modify paragraphs 9 and 12 of the judgment on the lines suggested in Exhibit 'B' to the present Review Petition;"

We have perused Exhibit 'B' to the review petition. Exhibit 'B' is the draft of the proposed modifications. The petitioners have gone to the extent of suggesting what order the Court should pass on the review petition. This is not an application under section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. We deprecate such practice. 6.

Review petition is dismissed. In view of dismissal of review petition, notice of motion does not survive and stands disposed of accordingly.
