1. Perused Petition and application. There is difference in a description of the property.
Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that property which is mentioned is a grant was held by the deceased as a tenant.
Thereafter, agreement took place between the developer namely Neha Enterprises and thereby upon development of said property Neha Enterprises allotted the block which is now willing to sell to the proposed purchaser. However, copy of agreement which was executed between deceased, owner of the land and developer is not produced on the record. Hence, petitioner to submit its copy. Further more, petitioner to carry out minor corrections in the draft order as suggested by the office.
