Compliance report has been placed before this Court by the Court Receiver pursuant to an order of this Court dated 15th April, 2019. This Court had directed the Court Receiver to request the appointed valuers Patwardhan & Associates to revisit and reconsider their valuation and royalty recommendation bearing in mind the corrected figure for depreciation and the cost of repairs to bring the three units into usable condition. Accordingly, Patwardhan and Associates have presented their valuation report in a sealed cover. The Court Receiver has opened the sealed cover in front of the Court and the valuation report has been perused. The learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs seeks permission 1/2

6-CRR-138-2019.DOC of this Court to take a copy of the valuers report. Permission is granted. The Court Receiver shall make available to the Plaintiff a copy of the Court Receiver's Report. Insofar as bill of Patwardhan and Associates of Rs.47,200/- of profession fees for suggesting royalty and for additional payment of Rs.20,000/- plus GST to prepare detailed estimate of repair work required to bring property to habitual condition by their letter dated 13th May, 2019, the same shall be considered by the Court Receiver prior to fixing the royalty as per the valuers report.
