By this Motion, applicants have prayed for permission to applicant No.2 Mr. Sujal Shah to sell flat No.7, Shri Shanti Niketan, 1st floor, 95A Marine Drive, Mumbai 400 002 as the holder of the Probate dated 03.09.2016.

After arguing the Motion for quite some, Ms Kothari seeks permission to withdraw the Motion with liberty to file fresh Motion for the same reliefs. 4.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Ms Kothari, Motion is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
