The Company Petition is taken out by an ex-director of the Company under Section 560(6) of the Companies Act, 1956 seeking restoration of the name of the Company on the Register of Companies. The Company's name was struck off by a notification published in Part III of the Gazette Notification issued by the Government of India. Considering the averments made in the Petition and the fact that the Registrar of Companies has no objection to this order being granted, the Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) on the following terms and conditions:

(a) The Director of the Company will obtain Director's identification numbers and file all statutory returns including pending statutory returns and compliances electronically under the various provisions of the Companies Act, with the Registrar of Companies within a period of 12 weeks from the date of this order; (b) The Company shall comply with Sections 266A to 266G, Pg 1 of 2

11.cp.664.2014.doc 159 to 162, 166, 210 and 220 of the Companies Act and to make an appropriate application under Section 621A of the Companies Act, for compounding the offences, if any, (c) The Petitioner to pay costs of Rs.10,000/- to the Respondent.
