The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that a fresh representation would be made in terms of the reliefs which are sought by way of the above Petition, namely the consideration of the Petitioner's representation for areawise allocation of work to the Mathadi workers working in Kapad Bazar. If any such representation is made, needless to state that the concerned department of the Statement of Maharashtra i.e. the Department of Labour and Industries would decide the representation made by the Petitioner expeditiously and not later than twelve weeks from the receipt of such representation. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
