The learned Advocates appearing for the Petitioner and the Respondent have tendered Consent Terms dated 9th March, 2015. They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the above Petition be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Petitioner and the Directors of the Respondent. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates for the parties. 2.

The Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court shall release money as agreed in para 10 of the Consent Terms marked 'X' within a period of three weeks from today.

The Provisional Liquidator shall stand discharged upon payment

Nitin 2 / 2 909-CP-670-2014 of the Liquidator's cost quantified at Rs.25,000/- within a period of one week from today.

The above Petition is disposed of in terms of Consent Terms marked 'X'.
