We are informed that the representation made by the Petitioner to the Respondent-Corporation has been considered favourably. However, final orders are not passed since the petition is pending in this Court. In our view, petition can be conveniently disposed of in view of the draft-letter of the Respondent-Corporation dated 9.9.2015 and the reply letter of the Petitioner-Institute, dated 1 / 2

WP. 2134-15 10.9.2015. Respondent-Corporation may issue final orders in terms of the draft letter. Ad-interim relief already granted in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) shall continue. In view of this, the impugned notices are set aside. The petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms, with liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court, if necessary.
