The misc. petition is for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827. The Petitioner is the widow of the deceased. There are no issues to the marriage. Accordingly, the misc.petition has been accepted and the proclamation has been issued. The affidavit of service has already been filed in respect of the proclamation. There is no opposition by any party in response to the proclamation. On the basis of the material placed on record, the court is satisfied with the Petitioner's claim of heirship of the deceased. The petition is accordingly allowed.
