Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondent. The learned AGP on instructions states that the application made by the petitioner dated 22nd October 2012 (Exhibit-C to the petition) praying for grant of permission to shift the CL-III licence is still pending.

In view of this statement, we dispose of the petition by passing the following order:

(I) We direct that the application dated 22nd October 2012 (Exhibit-C) shall be disposed of by the appropriate Authority as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of one month from today;

(II) All contentions of the parties on merits

(III) A copy of the order passed on the application made by the petitioner be communicated to the petitioner;

(IV) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
