This notice of motion seeks recall of a dismissal order passed on 26 July 2017 for default. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, the order of dismissal dated 26 July 2017 is recalled and set aside and the writ petition is restored to file. The Petitioner to remove office objections within two weeks from today, failing which the petition shall stand rejected under the relevant Original Side Rules. In case the office objections are removed, let the petition appear for admission on 5 June 2018.
