The grievance of the Petitioner is that he has filed applications/representations to the Corporation with a request to include / certify his name in Annexure II. However, the Corporation have not taken cognizance of the same. The last such Applications/representations made on 5 th March, 2019 is annexed and marked Exhibit I, page 42 to the Petition. The Corporation shall decide the said application/representation of the Petitioner strictly on merits within a period of two weeks from today and forward a copy of the order to the Petitioner. 2.
