Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file Income Tax Appeal against the original judgment of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal dated 9.5.2018. He stated that after the said judgment was passed, the petitioner had moved an application for rectification before the Tribunal. Such application came to be dismissed on 15.4.2019 which has been challenged in this petition. The petitioner would, therefore, file an application for condonation of delay in the proposed Income Tax Appeal giving these details.
