This Notice of Motion is taken out in a disposed arbitration petition seeking inspection of documents and an order for refund of certain amounts pending disposal of the arbitration. None appears on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 6 states that as far as inspection is concerned, if an application is made before the tribunal, they have no reservations in offering inspection. As far as second prayer for securing refund is concerned, it will be open for the applicant to apply before the arbitral tribunal.
