This Motion has been taken out for condonation of 26 days delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order dated 30th November 2017 passed by the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.

We have perused the Affidavit of Ms. Arpita S., Assistant Commissioner of CGST and Central Excise, Belapur dated 12th July 2018 in support of the Motion and are satisfied with the reasons indicated therein for the delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order.
