Accepted. The Petitioner is the widow of the deceased. Other heirs are their two daughters who have granted consent. Hence, proclamation dispensed with and made returnable forthwith. 2.

The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Deepak Sadashiv Bandisode, who is said to have died intestate in Mumbai, where he was ordinarily resident, on 17th February 2014. A copy of his death certificate is annexed.

The deceased was survived by his widow, and two daughters. Their names are mentioned in the tabulation below paragraph 3 of the petition.

During his lifetime, the deceased had a business of dealership, viz., M/s. Borivli Gas Service at Shop No 3, Sai Roshan CHS, Kasturba Road No. 4, Borivali (East), Mumbai 400 066. 5.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is required inter alia to apply to HPCL for reconstitution of the partnership which ran that gas dealership.

All the heirs have consented. No other Petition for a heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of the persons mentioned in the table below paragraph 3, namely, Mrs. Shital Deepak Bandisode, Ms. Deepti Deepak Bandisode and Mrs. Namita Ranjit Khilare Alias Ms. Namita Deepak Bandisode.
