The grievance in the petition is that application dated 18th February, 2016 made by the Petitioner for shifting of CL-III License No.227 has not been considered. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the said application is pending. 3.
Hence, the petition need not be kept pending. We dispose of the petition by passing following order:- (i) We direct the Collector of Mumbai Suburban District to decide the application of the Petitioner dated 18th 1/2
Megha P_903_wp 2505_2016.doc February, 2016 annexed at Exh.B as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of one month from the date of which the authenticated copy of this order is served upon the concerned Authority;
(ii) The order passed on the said application be communicated to the Petitioner;
(iii) It is made clear that we have not made any adjudication on the entitlement of the Petitioner to seek shifting of license.
