After this matter was argued for some time, on behalf of the Applicant it is submitted that the claim for damages having been raised pursuant to the order passed in the Special Leave Petition Nos. 1055 & 1056 of 2021, the undertaking contemplated in the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980 would not be attracted and hence, the Applicant intends to adopt suitable proceedings in accordance with law, as may be advised. In view thereof, the learned counsel for the Applicant seeks to withdraw this Interim Application with liberty to adopt such proceedings. 2.
