The interim order was continued by an order dated 12th June, 2007 and the defendants were granted time till 20th June, 2007 to file affidavit in reply and also to pay a cost of Rs.2,500/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee within one week.

In the circumstances, the order dated 8th May, 2007 to continue until the disposal of the suit. The notice of motion is accordingly disposed of.

It is also clarified that the interim order will extend even to the newly added defendants.

CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.264 OF 2012 None for the applicant. Therefore, the chamber summons is dismissed.
