The Testamentary Petition No. 1078 of 2021 is filed for Letters of Administration with Will to the property and credits of Mr. Late Rama Iyer Hariharan.

The present Interim Application has been filed to bring the legal A.B.Kakde 1/2

15-ia-2349-2021.doc representative of the Deceased/Petitioner on record. The deceased has left behind a Will appointing the Applicant as the sole executor thereof. 3.

I have heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant and perused the copy of the Interim Application and find that the same is in order and deserved to be allowed.

The present Interim Application is therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- a) That the Hon;ble Court may be pleased to permit bringing on record the Applicant as legal representative of the deceased Petitioner on record in the above Testamentary Petition and further permit all consequent6ial amendments in the body of the Petition. 5.
