Heard both sides. The only relief that the Petitioner seeks is of directions to Respondent No.1 to dispose of the pending applications as expeditiously as possible.

Since the Petitioner says that the name be mutated in the record of rights and that is the request in these applications, if they are pending, let Respondent no.1 dispose them of as expeditiously as possible within three months from today. The Collector of District shall ensure compliance with these directions by the 1st Respondent.
