The Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment is to be carried out by 8th December 2023. Reverification is required. A copy of the amended Petition is to be served on the Advocates for the Respondents by 15th December 2023.

Affidavits in Reply or further Affidavits in Reply, as the case may be, to the amended Petition are to be filed and served by 8th January 2024. We permit a Rejoinder by 15th January 2024. 4.
