Having gone through the judgment and order dated 10th February, 2012, order dated 9th July, 2012 of the Supreme Court and the memo of review petition, we do not find any ground to entertain this review petition. The review petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.5 has invited our attention to the order dated 19th November, 2012, in writ petition Nos. 1458 and 1519 of 2012, by which, those petitions were directed to be listed along with this review petition. However, we are of the view that the review petition can be decided independently and above writ petitions shall be placed before the Bench as per the roster.
