1] The Special Judge, CBI, Court Room No.47, Mumbai, by order dated 06.07.2023, has issued a search warrant in exercise of powers under Section 93 of the Cr.P.C., thereby, authorizing the articles and documents in the premises of M/s. Parth Foils Pvt. Ltd. , situated as Silvasa as well as at Mumbai, which is presently under liquidation. 2] The issuance of warrant has resulted into OLR No.93/2023 being filed by the Official Liquidator, seeking permission from the Court to 1/2

(28)OLR-93-2023.doc provide inspection of the documents/articles/electronic evidence including the correspondence as well as other documents and record of the Company, lying at the factory land and building, situated at Silvasa, as well as at Mumbai, which is presently in the possession of the Official Liquidator.

3] In the wake of search warrant being issued, permission is required to be granted.

Hence, OLR No.93.2023 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).
