Pursuant to order dated 11 th October 2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the minor's share amounting to Rs.34,34,020/- has been deposited by a demand draft with the Prothonotary and Senior Master on 20 th October 2021. In view thereof, he seeks orders in terms of the petition permitting the petitioner to execute agreement for sale in terms of the draft agreement for sale annexed at Exhibit-C to the petition. 2.

In view of the above, since minor's share is now said to be secured, I am of the view that this petition can be allowed. Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) The amount of Rs.34,34,020/- deposited by the petitioner shall be invested by the Prothonotary and Senior Master in the name of the minor - Kuheli 1/2 39-MP-12-2021.doc Dixit

Burman in a nationalized bank for an appropriate period after ascertaining the best rate of interest, considering the age of the minor. The investment shall be renewed till the minor attains majority.

(ii) Subject to the above, petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

(iii) Petition is disposed in the above terms.
