Accordingly, the Petitioner advertised the admission of the Petition in local newspapers on 19th January, 2015 and in the Maharashtra Government Gazette dated 22-28, January, 2015. However, no claims have been received from the workers / creditors of the Company. The Company has settled the claim of the Petitioner. The Petitioner is therefore desirous of withdrawing the above Petition. The above Petition is therefore disposed of as withdrawn. Since the advertisement of admission was advertised on 19th January, 2015 and no claims have been received from the workers / creditors of the Company, the withdrawal of the above Petition is not directed to be advertised.
