Time is sought to file an Affidavit in Reply despite the Chamber Summons having been served on 30th July 2016. The application for an adjournment is refused.

For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out on or before 10th February 2017. A copy of the amended plaint to be served on the Advocates for the Defendants on or before 23rd February 2017. 4.

List the Notice of Motion for hearing and final disposal as per CMIS date.

All previous orders, if any, to continue till then. 6.

The Chamber Summons is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
