Limited relief claimed in the Petition is for the direction to the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai to decide the application made by the present Petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

Considering the innocuous nature of the prayer we dispose of this Petition by directing the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade, Mumbai to the decide the application made by the Petitioner in accordance with the law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of eight weeks from today, after giving opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties.
