The learned AGP appearing on behalf of the State, on instructions from Mr.Shreedhar Dubeypati, Collector of Stamps Enforcement (II), Mumbai, submits that till the two appeals, which are filed by the Petitioner before Respondent No.3, are not heard and disposed of, the Collector will not enforce the impugned notices dated 15th June, 2015, annexed at Exhibits DD-1 and DD-2 to the petition.

In view of this statement, the writ petition is disposed of. It is clarified that if any adverse order is passed by the Appellate Authority, the same may not be implemented and the impugned notices many not be enforced for a period of two weeks thereafter.
