This Chamber Summons is taken out by the applicant seeking deletion of the names of M/s Triveni Builders and substituting the same by name of M/s. Inventure Sezal Realtors Pvt. Ltd., as opponent no.2. The award is against the first respondent society which is said to have entered into a redevelopment arrangement with the proposed respondent M/s Inventure Sezal Realtors Pvt. Ltd.

The Learned counsel tenders a copy of the affidavit of service dated 27/01/2015, which has been filed in the office. Two postal articles addressed to the respondent in the Chamber Summons have been delivered by the postal authorities as is seen from the tracking report annexed.

The respondent being absent, the Chamber Summons is allowed on the following terms:

(i) The applicant is permitted to amend the application to replace the address of the first respondent society with the following address i.e. M/s. Navyuvak Harijan Uthapan Multi Indl. Co-op. Society Ltd., Survey No. 2461 (Part), CTS No. 658 (part), Near C.G.S. Colony, Sector 'C', Sai Mandir Road, Nr. Bhandup (E) Railway Station, Mumbai 400 042.

(ii) The name of respondent no.2 in the execution application is permitted to be substituted with M/s. Inventure Sezal Realtors Pvt. Ltd., having their address at 173/174, Sezal Encasa, S.V. Road, Kandivali (W), Mumbai - 400 067.
